Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Full-time Remote / KathmanduNPR 150k – 280k / month (DOE)

Apply

Lead production builds across web and mobile. Strong TypeScript, React, and backend chops required.

Responsibilities

· Own client features end-to-end — from spec through production deploy.
· Set the technical bar: code review, architecture, testing.
· Pair with the founder on client communication and weekly demos.

Requirements

· 4+ years building production web apps with TypeScript & React.
· Comfortable across the stack — Node.js, SQL, REST/GraphQL APIs.
· Shipped at least one product you can talk about in detail.
· Strong written communication for async remote work.

Mobile Engineer (Flutter / React Native)

Full-time RemoteNPR 120k – 220k / month (DOE)

Apply

Ship production-grade Flutter and React Native apps. Bonus for native iOS/Android experience.

Responsibilities

· Build cross-platform apps from prototype to App Store / Play Store.
· Own performance, offline behavior, and platform-specific polish.
· Set up CI/CD for TestFlight and Play internal tracks.

Requirements

· 3+ years shipping Flutter or React Native apps in production.
· At least one app you led that's currently live on a store.
· Comfortable debugging native iOS/Android issues when needed.

Product Designer

Full-time / Contract RemoteNPR 100k – 200k / month (or $40 – $70 / hr contract)

Apply

Design systems, product UX, and marketing surfaces for client engagements.

Responsibilities

· Lead UX research, flows, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
· Build and maintain design systems clients can grow with.
· Partner with engineers on handoff and pixel-level polish.

Requirements

· 3+ years of product design work with a strong portfolio.
· Fluent in Figma, design systems, and prototyping.
· Bonus: motion, brand, or front-end coding skills.

AI Engineer

Contract Remote$40 – $80 / hr (project-based)

Apply

Build LLM features, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows for client products.

Responsibilities

· Design and ship LLM features grounded in real client data.
· Build RAG pipelines, evals, and guardrails for production use.
· Tune for cost, latency, and accuracy across providers.

Requirements

· Shipped at least one LLM feature to production users.
· Comfortable with OpenAI / Anthropic SDKs, vector DBs, and Python or TypeScript.
· Strong judgment on when not to use AI.
